We Pack & Ship
Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Fri) are packed and dispatched the same day. You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
Delivered to You
Your order arrives within 1–3 business days. Our delivery partner will keep you updated with tracking notifications along the way.

Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want you (and your pets) to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
From the date of delivery. Contact us within this period to start a return or exchange.
What Can Be Returned?
Most items are eligible for return or exchange, with a few exceptions for hygiene and safety reasons.

- Incorrect items received

- Products received past their expiry date
- Supplements & health products (unopened)

- Perishable items (fresh/frozen food, refrigerated products)
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items damaged through misuse or pet damage
- Sale & clearance items (marked "Final Sale")
- Gift cards & store credit top-ups
How to Return or Exchange

Contact Us
Email us at support@powerpets.sg or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the return. Please include photos if the item arrived damaged.
Ship It Back
Once approved, we'll send you return instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days or ship your replacement straight away.

Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
- Return shipping is covered by PowerPets for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
- For all other returns, a flat $4.99 return shipping fee applies (deducted from your refund).
- Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in non-original condition.
- Refunds for PayNow, GrabPay, or bank transfer payments will be issued as store credit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us straight away via email or WhatsApp and we'll update the address. Once the tracking number has been generated, address changes are no longer possible.
Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. You can leave delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., "leave at door" or "call before delivery"). If the first attempt fails, the courier will reattempt delivery the next business day.
We're sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — in most cases, you won't need to ship the damaged item back.
We currently deliver to residential and commercial addresses only. PO Box, PopStation, and locker deliveries are not supported due to the size of most pet product orders.
Items purchased during clearance sales or marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Regular promotional discounts (e.g., 10% off a product) do not affect return eligibility — standard return windows still apply.
Standard customers have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return. PowerPets Club members enjoy extended return windows: Buddy (7 days), Pack (14 days), Alpha (30 days).
